Solotel Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for The Woodstock, a major Western Sydney hospitality venue. You will lead a agile team across dining, bars, gaming, and live entertainment, setting service standards and shaping culture.

In this hands-on role, you will manage opening/closing procedures, rostering, recruitment, and staff development while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial controls in a high-paced setting.
