Join the Risk and Informatics Team for an exciting temporary backfill opportunity until 31 January 2027.
You’ll be the person who spots the trends, finds the gaps and turns data into action. From clinical audits and governance to dashboards, reporting and digital improvements, you’ll help turn the numbers into changes that make healthcare safer and smarter.
You’ll work with teams across CQHHS, solve real-world problems, improve systems and share your knowledge along the way. If you’re analytical, curious and always asking “how could we do this better?”, we want to hear from you.
Until January 2027. Plenty to sink your teeth into. Real improvements you can see.
About us:
We're turning healthcare data into better decisions and safer care.
The Risk and Informatics Team transforms complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights that drive quality, safety and continuous improvement across CQHHS.
We develop dashboards, scorecards, audit tools and decision-support systems that help frontline teams and leaders spot trends, identify risks and make evidence-based decisions in real time.
We also support risk management, governance, reporting and quality systems, while delivering training to build data and quality capability across the organisation.
About the role:

- Drive improvement and innovation. Lead service redesign, process improvements and digital initiatives that make systems smarter,
workplaces more productive and the customer experience better.
- Connect, communicate and build capability. Work with stakeholders across the organisation, prepare high-quality reports and briefs, and develop engaging face-to-face and blended learning that builds quality, safety and governance capability.
About you:
- Use strong clinical knowledge, sound judgement and problem-solving skills to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred outcomes. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
- Understand clinical governance, standards and policy, and build solid relationships across multidisciplinary teams to improve practice and compliance.
- Get curious, spot the gaps and turn ideas into action through audit, research, evidence-based practice and quality improvement. Help make healthcare smarter and safer.
