About the Role

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference in a close-knit regional community?

Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Barcoo Aged Care in Blackall.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred care to residents while working as part of a supportive team. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents and their families, and contributing to positive outcomes for the people who call Barcoo home.

Whether you're an experienced aged care RN or looking for an chance to bring your clinical skills into a regional setting, this role offers the chance to build strong relationships and make a real impact.

About You

You’ll be a compassionate and clinically capable Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering quality care and building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

You will bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in residential aged care, or a strong interest in working within aged care
- Strong clinical assessment, medication management and care planning skills
- The ability to recognise and respond to changes in residents’ clinical needs
- A person-centred approach to care
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to clinical quality, resident safety and positive outcomes
- Current First Aid, CPR and relevant screening checks, or willingness to obtain
- Valid Australian working rights - Unfortunately, we are not currently able to sponsor
