The Queensland Government is seeking a Youth Worker to serve as a Transitions Officer at Cherbourg Youth Justice Service Centre. You will help prepare young people to participate in education, training and employment and develop their interpersonal and self-regulation skills.
You will collaborate with teams to plan, deliver and refer young people to education, training and employment while collecting accurate data and maintaining client records.
