What your day looks like
- Leading the day-to-day care, routines and programming for our youngest learners, six weeks and up
- Mentoring and guiding the educators in your room, and ensuring continuity of the program
- Building genuine, trusted relationships with families as the first point of contact for your room
- Contributing to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan and maintaining high standards of care
Who you would be working with

What we're looking for
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards, with relevant experience)
- Current Working with Children Check, Child Protection and Child Safety training, First Aid and CPR
- Experience leading a room or mentoring a team
