Due to continued growth, We are looking for an experienced HC Semi Tipper Driver to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with regular overtime opportunities and penalty rates available.

As an HC Semi Tipper Driver, your main responsibility will be transporting waste and materials between our demolition sites, DeJay Contracting yards and waste facilities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Travelling to demolition sites and/or our yard to collect waste and materials.
- Transporting waste safely to the appropriate waste/recycling facilities.
- Operating an HC semi-tipper safely and efficiently.
- Reversing into demolition sites, yards and waste facilities, including tight and restricted locations.
- You must be highly competent and confident at reversing, particularly where access is tight or space is limited.
- Completing vehicle checks and ensuring the truck is maintained to a high standard.
- Ensuring loads are transported safely and in accordance with road and company requirements.
- Working closely with our Skip Management and Operations teams to complete scheduled runs.




- Ensuring compliance with all road laws, transport regulations, and workplace safety requirements
- Maintaining professional communication with customers, site managers, and team members
- Following all WHS, environmental and road transport requirements.

Requirements

- HC Licence
- White Card
- Previous experience operating semi-tipper trucks.
- Strong understanding of road safety and heavy vehicle regulations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and manage daily runs
- Willingness to undertake early starts and overtime when required.
