The Role We are recruiting multiple site-based Heavy-Duty Fitters to support our expanding operations across various mine sites throughout Western Australia.

Roster: FIFO from Perth | 2:1 Roster

Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights

Employment: Permanent Full-Time

Working within site maintenance teams, you will be responsible for maintaining fleet reliability and equipment availability to support safe and efficient production outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct planned and breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile mining equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in the field
- Perform inspections, servicing, component replacements, and machine rebuilds
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimise downtime across site operations
- Work across a range of mining equipment including haul trucks, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, drills, and ancillary equipment
- Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with OEM and site requirements
- Accurately record maintenance activities and work orders
- Contribute to a strong safety culture and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and equipment performance





What We're Looking For

- Australian-recognised HD Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Mining, civil, or heavy plant maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
- Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, Sandvik, Epiroc or similar equipment
- Ability to work autonomously in a site-based maintenance environment
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
- HR Licence, Air Conditioning Ticket and other high-risk licences highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, D&A; screening and National Police Clearance
