Head Spa Therapist – Tokyo Head Spa Surry Hills (Current Standalone Flagship)

- 20-38 /hr depending on experience + weekend penalties + tips + monthly rebooking bonuses + commission
- Full-time or part-time, with guaranteed weekly hours

We're opening our first standalone spa in Surry Hills, and we're building the founding team. This is our most ambitious space yet: 6 private treatment suites, a dedicated relaxation lounge, training studios and a hairstyling bar. It opens early December and we couldn't be more excited. The therapists who join now will set the standard for every guest who walks through the door, and for every spa we open after it.

About Japanese head spa It's a ritual of scalp analysis, deep cleansing, pressure-point massage, steam and deep relaxation techniques. Guests leave calmer, lighter and a little bit changed. You don't need head spa experience, because we'll train you in our full method from day one.

Who we're looking for

- A qualified hairdresser (Cert IV), massage therapist (Cert/Dip in Massage or Remedial) or beauty therapist (Cert IV)
- Salon, clinic or spa experience in hair, massage or facial treatments

- Real curiosity about scalp health, relaxation and Japanese wellness culture
- Polished presentation and warm, confident communication
- The stamina for 6–8 hour hands-on shifts
