- Tilt up restaurants and service stations( overseeing multiple projects at once $40M+)

About the Role The HSE coordinator will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Provide training and support to staff on HSE matters.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- As least 2+ years experienced overseeing commercial projects as a HSE advisor
- Cert or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Strong knowledge of WA HSE regulations and standards.
- Trade background is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a HSE advisor for a main commercial builder is essential
Pay range and compensation package
