Role Join the Operational Support Services team at Bayside Health Service and play an significant role in maintaining safe, clean and welcoming healthcare environments for patients, visitors and staff. You will be:

- Providing cleaning services across clinical and administrative areas in accordance with required health service standards, infection control requirements and approved procedures.
- Supporting patients through patient transfers and assisting with patient care as directed, while responding promptly and professionally to requests from supervisors and the broader healthcare team.
- Undertaking cleaning, waste removal and facility access duties, while ensuring equipment is maintained appropriately and used safely and effectively.
- Working collaboratively with patients, staff and other stakeholders to promote positive relationships, mutual respect and a safe, inclusive healthcare environment.

About You We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member who takes pride in delivering quality operational services within a healthcare environment. You will bring:

- The ability to provide, or quickly develop, the knowledge and skills required to deliver a high-quality cleaning service within a health service environment.
- A strong team focus, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with patients, visitors and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety, infection control, service quality and treating people with fairness, dignity and respect.
