Looking for solid rates, reliable work and a company that knows who you are?
Resource Industry Group (RIG) is a growing Australian-owned maintenance company supporting mining operations across Western Australia.
We’re not a huge labour hire business, and we don’t want to be.
We come from the industry ourselves, so we understand the work, the rosters and the realities of site life.
You’ll know who to call, we’ll know where you’re working, and we’ll do our best to keep you in work that suits your experience and lifestyle.
We’re currently looking for experienced Diesel Fitters across several ongoing roles.
Current Rosters
8/6, 7/7 – Days & Nights A regular lifestyle roster with consistent swings and a good balance between site and home.
2/1 – Days Only or Days & Nights
Ongoing mobile plant maintenance work with strong earning potential and consistent hours.
What’s On Offer
- Solid hourly rates
- Super paid on all hours / Paid lunch breaks
- Ongoing and consistent work
- Reputable mining clients
- Straightforward onboarding
- Direct contact with the RIG team
- A smaller company where you won’t get lost in the system
What you’ll need
- Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant trade qualification
- Mining or heavy mobile plant experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
- Full Australian working rights
Why RIG? Because sometimes the little things matter.
Knowing who you’re dealing with, being kept informed and having someone when your circumstances change.
We’re building RIG around good tradespeople and long-term relationships, not just filling a gap for the next swing.
If you’re reliable, good at what you do and want to work with a company that values its people, we’d like to hear from you.
Apply now or contact Clint from the RIG team ([0439 611 796](tel:0439 611 796)) for a confidential chat about the roster options available.
