Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents and validates business requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities*** Provide Bill to Cash domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
* Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).
* Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
* Participate in workshops/design discussions; review and validate proposed process/system changes.
* Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
* Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).
* Support change and readiness activities (process documentation,



training inputs, communications, adoption support).
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
* Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.
**Skills and Experience*** Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
* Able to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (e.g., testing, training, implementation).
* Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
* SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience is advantageous.
* Strong Bill to Cash functional knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix workplace.
* Robust problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
