About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedWindows 365, Endpoint Security & Print Technical Engineerto design, build, configure and validate up-to-date workplace technologies across Windows 365, endpoint security and enterprise print environments.
You will work closely with architecture, Intune, identity, network and security teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implementWindows 365 / Cloud PCsolutions.
Configure Cloud PC provisioning, images, networking, user assignments and access controls.
Integrate Windows 365 withIntune, Entra ID and Defender for Endpoint.
Implement endpoint security, compliance, encryption, EDR and device control policies.
Design and implement enterprise print solutions usingMicrosoft Universal Print and Pharos Cloud.
Support secure print release, printer deployment and print management.
Validate thin-client, Windows App, peripheral and authentication compatibility.




SupportFIDO2/PIV and certificate-based authentication.
Lead technical testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution.
Produce technical designs, configuration documentation, test plans and handover materials.
Support pilot, production rollout and operational transition.
