The Role

You’ll oversee day-to-day property management, including:

- Building solid relationships with owners and guests
- Managing enquiries, bookings, calendars, arrivals and departures
- Coordinating cleaners, linen services, trades and maintenance
- Conducting inspections and pre-arrival checks to ensure high presentation standards
- Resolving guest requests and property issues promptly
- Supporting pricing, property performance and new property onboarding
- Maintaining accurate property information and records

About You You’re organised, proactive and personable, with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a calm approach to problem-solving. You’re confident working independently and within a team,



with good computer skills and a current driver’s licence.

Experience in holiday rentals, property management, hospitality, tourism or customer service is valued, as is local knowledge, but attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
