: We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Personal Care Worker (PCW) / Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to provide home care support to a client in Warner. The role involves providing practical support within the client's home and assisting with their day-to-day care needs. A Fijian/Indian background and Hindi-speaking worker is preferred.

Shift Details

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2 hours per day initially Increasing to 3 hours per day from October Ongoing regular shifts Immediate start available What We’re Looking For PCW/AIN experience Previous home care or personal care experience preferred Reliable and compassionate approach Ability to work independently in a client's home Good communication and interpersonal skills Hindi-speaking preferred About you:

- Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum - Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) Desirable
- NDIS Workers Clearance




- Police Check with no notable offences
- Australian Workers Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 & Influenza
- Minimum of 6-months' work experience
- Reliable, ability to work autonomously & understanding of scope of practice.
- Compassion and a genuine commitment to caring for others.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the healthcare environment.
