As we begin this exciting new chapter at The Unley, we’re building a team of motivated people who want to learn, contribute and help us create a venue experience our guests and team can be proud of.

Whether your experience or interests are in Food & Beverage, Gaming, Functions, Bottle Shop operations, Boots/Maintenance or a bit of everything, we’d love to hear from you. It doesn’t matter if you already have plenty of hospitality experience or not, you don’t need to know every part of the business from day one. What matters most to us is a great attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

We’re looking for All-Rounders to join The Unley team across a variety of areas within the hotel.

Depending on your experience, interests and qualifications, you could work across one or several areas of the venue. For those keen to broaden their hospitality experience, we’ll also provide opportunities to learn new skills and develop across different departments.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Providing friendly and efficient service across our Food & Beverage, Gaming, Functions and Bottle Shop operations
- Creating welcoming and memorable experiences for our guests
- Supporting the team with day-to-day venue operations
- Building your knowledge and skills across different areas of the hotel
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
- Handling guest enquiries professionally and positively
- Working collaboratively with team members across the venue
- Following venue procedures and responsible service requirements

About You We’re less interested in finding someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding excellent people who genuinely enjoy hospitality.

You’ll be positive, reliable, comfortable working as part of a team and willing to get involved wherever needed.





We’re looking for people with:

- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- A positive, motivated and team-focused attitude
- Previous hospitality, bar, bistro, gaming, functions or bottle shop experience, although we’re happy to develop the right people
- A willingness to learn and broaden your skills across the venue
- The ability to work confidently in a busy hospitality environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Current RSA accreditation
- Gaming accreditation, or a willingness to obtain
- A reliable and professional approach to work
- Valid working rights in Australia
