About the role An established Greek restaurant in the St George area is entering an exciting recent chapter. We're focused on great food, genuine hospitality and creating the kind of place people want to come back to.
Key responsibilities
- Experienced Waitstaff: Confident, friendly and comfortable with table service. Look after guests properly and work efficiently during a busy service.
- Bar Staff: Making cocktails and working a busy restaurant bar.
- Food Runners / Junior Floor Staff: Support during service.
- Kitchen Hand / Prep Cook: Assisting with food preparation, kitchen organisation, cleaning and service.
- Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter: Keep the kitchen moving during busy weekend services. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
About you
- Reliable people who work well as part of a team,
take pride in what they do and understand that hospitality is about looking after people.
- Current RSA required for Waitstaff and Bar Staff positions.
- For Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter: Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
- Greek-speaking is a bonus, but not essential.
