About The Role As Hotel Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered across the resort.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead and support team members, oversee daily operations and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll also step into leadership responsibilities when required, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to grow their management career.

Key responsibilities include





- Lead daily operations across the resort's food and beverage outlets
- Support, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain service, presentation and operational standards across all outlets
- Assist with staff training, performance and day-to-day team leadership
- Drive guest satisfaction while supporting commercial and operational outcomes

About You You're a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing out the best in your team.

You'll bring

- Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager or similar leadership role
- Robust knowledge of food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar service
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
- Current QLD RSA with Wine and cocktails knowledge
- RMLV Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
