- Service and clean all allocated guest rooms and cabins, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard.

- Assist guests with all queries and complaints, providing accurate information about property facilities and features.

- Comply with guest privacy and security procedures.

- Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley, ensuring adequate supplies and a presentable appearance at all times.

- Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role within a hotel environment.
