We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Members to join our team at Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence on a Part-time basis.

Join our dedicated aged care residence team as a vital member responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. In this role, you will handle cleaning and waste management tasks while following strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff. You'll collaborate with colleagues, adapt to dynamic situations, and provide exceptional service with a positive approach.

Skills and attributes include but not limited to:

- Competent in the use of cleaning equipment and correct chemicals by manufacturers’ instructions and procedures
- Housekeeping experience in an Aged Care or Hospital setting is advantageous.
- Ability to understand and apply Work Health Safety standards to internal work processes.




- A positive level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- A good level of empathy and emotional intelligence to ensure Residents' needs are understood and supported.
- A good understanding of team coordination.
- Willing to work in both cleaning and laundry.
