About the Role You'll help lead a team that keeps guest rooms, public areas and accommodation looking their best, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay.

Supporting day-to-day housekeeping operations, you'll assist with team coordination, maintain presentation standards and help create a positive team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and supporting others to succeed.





Key responsibilities include:

- Support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping team
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Monitor room presentation and cleanliness standards
- Assist with training, task allocation and team coordination
- Help maintain safety, quality and operational standards

About You You enjoy supporting others, take pride in high standards and lead by example.

You'll bring:

- Experience in a Housekeeping Team Leader or similar role
- Previous hotel, resort or accommodation experience
- Solid organisation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems
- Current Australian manual driver's license
