Great People & Culture professionals don't just solve problems when they arise. They build trusted relationships, influence decisions and help leaders create high-performing teams before challenges even emerge.
We're partnering with a well-established commercial organisation looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join their team on an initial 6-month labour hire contract. This is a genuine business partnering opportunity where you'll work closely with leaders across a diverse portfolio, supporting workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, leadership capability and workplace culture.
You'll be the person leaders turn to for advice when situations are complex, sensitive or high impact. Whether it's guiding a manager through a challenging employee matter, supporting organisational change, identifying workforce risks or helping shape future workforce capability, you'll bring a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach.
What makes this role particularly exciting is the variety. You'll have the opportunity to work across both strategic and operational matters, influencing decision-making while still remaining close enough to the business to see the real impact of your work.
This role would suit someone who enjoys stepping into complex environments, building credibility quickly and making an immediate impact. While contract in nature,
the position offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work from day one within a highly professional commercial environment. Importantly, this is not a government role, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to apply their expertise in a more commercially focused setting.
We're looking for someone who knows how to build credibility quickly, communicate with confidence and develop strong relationships at all levels. You'll bring solid experience across employee and workplace relations, a commercial mindset, sound judgement and the ability to balance people outcomes with organisational needs.
In return, you'll join a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, your opinion is sought out and your work genuinely contributes to the success of both leaders and employees.
If you're an experienced People & Culture professional looking for a hands-on business partnering role where you can influence leaders, navigate complex people matters and make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you. This is an initial 6-month labour hire chance with a respected commercial organisation, offering the chance to step into meaningful work and hit the ground running.
