Talent Right has partnered with Black Duck SeatCovers to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team in Forrestdale.

Supporting both Black Duck and its newly acquired sister company, Supafit, this is a broad, hands-on HR role offering genuine ownership across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR & Payroll Manager and other business leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting employees, advising managers and ensuring HR processes, compliance and employee relations matters are managed effectively.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an HR professional with experience across employee relations, performance management and Modern Awards who brings confidence, initiative and a collaborative approach to working within established processes and business values.

Black Duck SeatCovers is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience producing premium vehicle seat protection. Following the recent acquisition of Supafit, a sister company based in Welshpool, the business now supports a combined workforce of approximately 120 employees across the two locations.

About the Role

Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager,



you'll play a key role in supporting approximately 120 employees across Black Duck SeatCovers in Forrestdale and Supafit in Welshpool. This is a broad, hands-on HR position offering genuine ownership across the employee lifecycle, with exposure to employee relations, compliance, HR systems, payroll support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while contributing to a growing business undergoing change following a recent acquisition. The role requires confidence and initiative, while working collaboratively with the HR & Payroll Manager, leaders and employees and following established processes and direction.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing recruitment, onboarding, employee changes and offboarding processes
- Supporting managers and employees with HR advice, employee relations and performance management matters across Forrestdale and Welshpool
- Maintaining HR records, documentation and HRIS systems, including ELMO
- Assisting with Award interpretation, employment legislation compliance and HR best practice
- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and business initiatives
- Providing payroll support and assisting with pay runs when required
- Building trusted relationships across both businesses while helping create a positive employee experience

About You You're an experienced HR qualified who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You bring a practical, people-focused approach,



strong judgement and the confidence to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.

You'll bring

- 4+ years' experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
- Relevant HR qualifications
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Exposure to employee relations, performance management and workplace compliance
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Strong communication, organisational, conflict management and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ELMO or similar HRIS platforms
- Payroll experience is highly regarded, particularly experience assisting with pay runs

You'll also demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, strong integrity, accountability and a willingness to work collaboratively within the values and established processes of the business. Experience within manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehousing or other blue-collar environments will be highly regarded.
