At Itch Recruitment, we don't just fill jobs, we connect great people with great employers.

We're currently partnering with one of WA's leading waste and recycling operators to find experienced HR Truck Drivers for Front Lift and Rear Lift collection vehicles across the Perth metro area.

If you're the type of driver who enjoys being out on the road, takes pride in your vehicle, and appreciates having clear runs, great equipment and being home every night, this could be right up your alley.

You'll be operating modern collection vehicles servicing a wide variety of sites, including schools, hotels, shopping centres, warehouses, distribution centres, commercial offices and industrial facilities throughout Perth.

This role offers plenty of variety. One day you could be servicing a busy shopping precinct, the next navigating inner-city laneways or industrial estates. No long-haul trips, no sleeping in the cab, just solid local work with a respected employer.

You'll be working with:

- Front Lift bins ranging from 1.5m³ to 4.5m³ capacity
- Rear Lift bins ranging from 240L to 1,100L capacity
- Modern vehicles equipped with the latest safety technology
- Professional operations teams committed to safety and customer service

Most importantly, you'll be joining a business that values experienced drivers and understands that without good operators, nothing moves.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Operating HR Front Lift and Rear Lift collection vehicles throughout Perth.
- Completing scheduled waste and recycling collections across commercial and industrial sites.
- Safely accessing warehouses, shopping centres, schools, factories, laneways and other customer locations.
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and pre-start checks.
- Completing run sheets and service records accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally.
- Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, loading bays and customer sites.
- Utilising modern vehicles fitted with reverse cameras, reversing alarms, hazard lighting and flashing beacons.
- Supporting waste diversion, recycling and sustainable waste management initiatives.
- Taking ownership of your run and delivering reliable, efficient service every day.
