What You'll Do

As part of the program, you'll gain practical experience across key areas of the business, including:

- End to end recruitment for skilled trade labour, skilled and corporate roles
- Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Preparing employment contracts and job offers
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding activities
- Employee mobilisation to major construction, maintenance and shutdown projects
- Supporting workforce planning and recruitment campaigns
- HR administration and employee records management
- Exposure to learning and development initiatives
- Employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding
- HR systems, reporting and compliance activities




- Partnering with hiring managers and operational teams to meet workforce demand
