Are you an emerging HR, Industrial Relations or employment law professional looking to develop specialist experience in Employee Relations? This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced Employee Relations team on an initial 6-month contract, with a genuine view to permanent employment.

This is a fully on-site position, working five days per week in the office, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, connected team environment and learning directly from experienced ER professionals.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of workplace matters while developing practical experience across employee relations, workplace legislation, policy and enterprise agreement interpretation,



case coordination and stakeholder advice.
