Greenspace Industries provides sustainable waste management solutions across Victoria and Queensland, with a focus on responsible waste collection, recycling and construction waste management.
We are looking for an experienced full-time HR licensed driver to join our Queensland team. Based out of our Yatala premises, you’ll service construction sites and local businesses across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. This role is available for an immediate start.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating a rear lift waste collection vehicle
- Completing scheduled collections across allocated routes
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and completing required documentation
- Following company safety, operational and fatigue management requirements
- Providing professional service at customer sites
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and assisting with general yard upkeep
- Performing manual duties as required
About You
- Current HR Driver Licence at a minimum
- Minimum 2 years heavy vehicle driving experience
- Excellent driving record
- Robust commitment to workplace safety
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
Desirable
- Waste industry experience
- Excellent geographical knowledge of SE QLD
