We're looking for a HSEQ professional to lead health, safety, environment, and quality across all Ceragon Australia operations — and serve as the Site Manager on a major telecommunications infrastructure program spanning multiple sites across NSW and ACT
Lead and maintain WHS Management System — policies, procedures, and continuous improvement
- Own and manage ISO 45001 (or AS4801) certification — primary liaison with the certifying body, manage the audit schedule, corrective action register, and certificate renewal
- Ensure compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and applicable state WHS legislation across all jurisdictions
- Develop, review, and update SWMS, JHAs, Secure Work Procedures, and HSE risk registers across all active projects
- Conduct and coordinate internal HSE audits across projects — report findings and drive corrective actions to close
- Lead incident investigation for all reportable incidents — prepare root cause analysis and formal incident reports
- Manage HSE onboarding for all new personnel and subcontractors — site inductions, competency verification, and training records
- Drive HSE culture — champion safe behaviours, lead toolbox talks, and maintain visible safety leadership across field teams
- Site Manager to the client — primary on-site supervisory authority for the program
- Be present on site during all high-risk activities — maintain visual contact with all crew at all times
- Complete and sign the Pre-Start Checklist before work commences each day
- Facilitate and document daily Toolbox Talks — task-specific, signed by all crew
- Supervise all installation, cabling, termination, and commissioning works on site
- Manage rigging/rope access subcontractor on site — day-to-day supervision and safety oversight
- Coordinate site access with the client — manage PSSR Access Authorities and permit-to-work processes
- Report all incidents, near misses, and non-conformances to the Project Manager immediately
Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):
- experience managing a company-wide WHS Management System including policy development, audit programmes, and corrective action management
- experience managing subcontractor HSE compliance in a principal contractor or head contractor role
- Own or access to a 4WD vehicle
- Strong knowledge of WHS Act 2011 (NSW), WHS Regulations, and Codes of Practice relevant to construction and telecommunications
- 7 years' experience in a HSE management role in a high-risk industry — telecommunications, utilities, construction, or critical infrastructure
Education:
- Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)
