We are looking for an experienced HR Partner / Senior HR Business Partner with robust expertise in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Australian Employment Law and blue-collar workforce management .

? Key Focus Areas The role will partner closely with operational and senior leadership teams, supporting a multi-site, blue-collar workforce and providing expert advice across complex people matters.

Employee Relations (ER)

- Manage complex employee relations matters, grievances, investigations and disciplinary processes
- Provide pragmatic advice on performance management and workplace issues
- Coach managers through sensitive and complex employee situations
- Ensure fair, consistent and compliant application of HR policies

Industrial Relations (IR)

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Australian Industrial Relations

• Experience with Enterprise Agreements (EBA), bargaining and interpretation

- Manage industrial relations matters and workforce-related risks
- Experience dealing with operational / frontline / blue-collar employee populations




- Ability to navigate complex workplace relations matters with confidence

Australian Employment Law & Compliance

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations requirements

- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, policies and governance frameworks
- Advise leaders on employment practices, workplace obligations and risk mitigation
- Support compliance across the complete employee lifecycle

? Ideal Candidate

✅ 10–15 years of HR experience

✅ 3+ years in a Senior HRBP / HR Partner / Strategic HRBP capacity

✅ Strong ER + IR background

✅ Hands-on EBA / Enterprise Agreement experience

✅ Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law

✅ Experience supporting blue-collar / frontline / operational workforces

✅ Experience in multi-site environments

✅ Strong experience handling complex workplace relations matters

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills

✅ HRIS / Workday experience will be an advantage
