1. Significant experience providing strategic and operational human resource business partnering, consultancy and workforce management services within a complex organisation.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to coach and partner with multiple stakeholders and build and maintain trust and credibility to deliver improved workforce outcomes.
3. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex workforce issues, provide pragmatic solutions and influence positive organisational outcomes.
