Key Responsibilities

- Complete residential HVAC installations, maintenance and servicing across Brisbane
- Install, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and resolve air conditioning and refrigeration faults in the field
- Use upfront pricing technology to provide customers with clear, no-surprise solutions
- Complete accurate job notes and documentation to support installation and repair quotes
- Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job
- Provide professional, friendly service and create a positive customer experience
- Represent the business professionally on every job




- Manage your own schedule and work independently while being supported by the wider team

About You

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about customers and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Your experience can be in residential or commercial HVAC. Most importantly, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop your skills and build a career.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Refrigerant Handling (ARCtick) Licence
- QLD Restricted Electrical Licence
- QBCC Mechanical Services – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration occupational licence
- Current QLD Manual Driver’s Licence
- Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC
- Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
- Pride in your workmanship and a commitment to getting the job right
- The ability to manage your own day and work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to work hard
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career
- A professional approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
