Key responsibilities
Complete accurate project take-offs
Conduct regular job inspections
Oversee general business and operational management
Manage permits and liaise with councils
Coordinate communication between clients, trades, suppliers, and the internal team
Act as an additional point of contact within the business
Identify issues early and help keep projects on track and within budget
About you
Highly organised and reliable
Experienced in operations, construction, plumbing, or project coordination
Confident completing take-offs and preparing quotes
Familiar with scheduling, job inspections, permits,



and council engagement
A strong communicator with excellent people skills
Proactive, practical, and solutions-focused
Detail-oriented and committed to quality
Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Professional when dealing with clients, contractors, suppliers, and councils
