We're growing, and we want people who want to grow with us.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who knows their way around a phone and doesn't need hand-holding.The role is a mix of outbound and inbound calls.
You'll qualify prospects and book them in with our Sales Strategists.
Your job is to have positive conversations, work out who's a genuine fit, and get the right people into the calendar.The 5pm to 6pm block is when a lot of our clients are free to talk after work,



so it's often the best hour of the day.What You'll Be DoingOutbound calling - generating interest from older enquiriesCalling warm and new leads provided by the businessRunning structured conversations to identify suitable prospectsBooking qualified appointments for the Sales teamKeeping the CRM accurate and up to dateHitting daily and weekly booking targetsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or phone salesConfidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quicklySelf-motivation.
