About the Role
- Internal sales and customer service
- Processing quotes and orders
- Supporting trade customers
- Product enquiries and stock assistance
- Working closely with the branch and warehouse teams
- Predominantly sales focused with minimal warehouse duties
Who We’re Looking For?
You’ll ideally already have experience within electrical wholesale and understand the products, customers and pace of a busy branch.
You need to be self-sufficient, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your workload without needing constant direction.
You’ll Bring
- Electrical wholesale experience
- Strong product knowledge
- Internal sales or trade counter experience
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to work well within an experienced team
