Stride Mental Health Charity in Armstrong Creek, VIC, is seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker for a permanent part time role (two days per week). You will provide non-clinical support, help with reviews, and assist clients to build independence in daily living, housing, and wellbeing.
Experience in mental health or caring for someone with lived experience is valued. Eligibility for WWCC and NDIS worker screening is required; a Cert IV in Community Services or higher is preferred.
