Canon Australia is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our Service and Support team. This field-based role installs, maintains and troubleshoots hardware and software, supports network connectivity, and trains operators.

You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, upgrade software/firmware, manage site inspections and assist other Canon staff to enable efficiencies. A valid driver’s licence and REL eligibility are required; experience with printers or photocopiers and robust customer
