Symbio in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with key customers and drive long-term value from Aussie Broadband Group solutions. You will work with Customer Success, Delivery and Commercial teams to ensure onboarding, ongoing delivery and continuous improvement while maintaining solid executive relationships.
You'll lead workshops, manage end-to-end delivery, monitor milestones and KPIs, and translate customer goals into outcomes.
