Brisbane - Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (Free Parking available)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales & Customer Relations Support professional to join a growing medical device business operating within the implant sector.

This is a diverse, hands‑on role combining customer service, sales support, order management and logistics, working closely with the Business Development Manager and wider sales team to ensure customers receive a high level of service and support.

You will be dealing directly with practice managers and hospital procurement teams, handling customer enquiries, product queries, order requirements, while providing day‑to‑day support to the sales team.

The role also includes picking and packing customer orders, stock management, receiving stock, coordinating couriers and tracking deliveries, with a small warehouse located within the office.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team where everyone is hands‑on and contributes to getting the job done and supporting customers. The business is looking for someone who is organised, reliable and customer‑focused,



with excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership of their work while working closely with others.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Supporting the Business Development Manager and Sales Team
- Handling customer and product enquiries
- Processing customer orders, warranties, credits and consignments
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Stock management, stocktakes and receiving replenishments
- Coordinating couriers and tracking deliveries

About you:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a similar role
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, hands‑on team
- Medical device, dental or healthcare experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help wherever required
