The Role

This is an excellent prospect for a motivated and focused individual looking to launch a long-term career in commercial property management. We are seeking enthusiastic, full-time Property Management Associates to join our Noosaville office.

About the Role

- Monday–Friday work hours
- One-on-one initial training to support early development

Key Responsibilities

- Managing a commercial property portfolio in line with legislative requirements
- Liaising with owners and maintaining strong relationships
- Conducting market and rent reviews
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Processing lease assignments
- Coordinating maintenance and managing rental arrears
- Handling lease expiries

Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous, but not essential.

Requirements

- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A motivated,



proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent attention to detail, reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience dealing with clients
- Effective time-management and multitasking abilities
- Enjoys structure, systems and processes

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Real Estate Registration Certificate as part of their employment.

Remuneration

Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
