Key responsibilities

- Deliver and, depending on your experience, lead Internal Audit, Controls, Risk and Assurance engagements
- Help clients identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve processes and manage risk
- Build trusted client relationships and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Apply analytical and critical thinking to complex business challenges and turn findings into practical solutions
- Collaborate with high-performing teams, with opportunities to coach and develop others




- Contribute to proposals, business development activities and the growth of client relationships
- Take ownership of your professional development and build the skills and experience required to progress your career

About you

- 4+ years' experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Controls or Assurance, with more extensive experience expected at Manager level
- Proven experience across Internal Audit, Controls, Assurance or Risk, ideally gained within professional services, Financial Services or corporate environments
- A strong understanding of governance, risk and control frameworks
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving capability
- The ability to translate complex issues into clear, practical insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
- For more senior candidates, experience managing engagements, developing teams and building strong client relationships
- For Manager-level candidates, a commercial mindset and experience contributing to proposals and business development would be advantageous
