About the role

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Analyst to join our fast-paced IT operations team. Reporting to the Head of Technology Operations, this is an entry-level position perfect for an emerging IT professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic, supportive environment. Based primarily out of our Surry Hills office, you will be the first point of contact for staff across the group, providing hands-on support for new users, hardware, and core business applications.

You will work closely with a small, collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills across a diverse range of enterprise technologies.

Key responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT setup for new employees, including creating user logins, configuring hardware, and managing access
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT queries, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs
- Assist with the administration of Microsoft 365, Zoom, and other cloud-based platforms
- Maintain and update group-wide hardware asset registers
- Support the Head of Technology Operations with project meetings, IT procurement, and vendor communications
- Provide on-site and remote support, traveling to other office locations as required

About you





- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology or a similar support role, demonstrating a robust aptitude for troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Suite/Office 365
- Intermediate administration experience with Microsoft 365 platforms and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, supportive manner
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
- Exposure to identity and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and Azure (desirable)
- Previous experience troubleshooting and supporting business applications (desirable)
- Basic understanding of AWS (desirable)
