About the role:

We’re building a current team focused on renewable energy finance and are looking for our first Inside Sales Representatives to help shape it from the ground up.

As a Inside Sales Representative you’ll speak with customers who have already applied for finance for solar, batteries and other renewable energy products, guiding them through their application and helping get their loan funded.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage inbound customer enquiries from application through to funding
- Help customers complete their applications and understand eligibility requirements
- Explain renewable energy rebates, incentives and finance options
- Support customers via phone, email, SMS and live chat
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest or have incomplete applications
- Provide a personalised experience while following lending and compliance requirements
- Keep customer and CRM information accurate and up to date
- Work with the wider team to improve processes and share ideas
- Help build and shape this recent team and function

About you:

- 2+ years' experience in a customer service or sales role (sales,



call center, retail, financial services or similar)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and close opportunities
- A compliance-first mindset and genuine attention to detail
- An interest in renewable energy, solar or sustainability
- A team player mentality that thrives in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
