About the role

Join Lifestyle Technologies Australia as an Insulation Manager or Installer. As an Insulation Manager, take the lead in the Melbourne insulation operation, managing installers, coordinating jobs and resources, and overseeing safety, installation quality and VEU documentation. As an Insulation Installer, install residential ceiling batts, complete safety checks and installation records, and deliver quality work in customers' homes.

All work involves residential ceiling insulation batts under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) rebate scheme.

Key responsibilities

- Manage installers, coordinate jobs and resources (Manager role)
- Oversee safety, installation quality and VEU documentation (Manager role)
- Install residential ceiling batts (Installer role)
- Complete safety checks and installation records (Installer role)
- Deliver quality work in customers' homes (Installer role)

About you

- Relevant qualifications, competencies and safety training for ceiling insulation work, including applicable construction induction and site safety requirements
- Energy Efficiency Council (EEC) Certified Insulation Installer (CII) certification for ceiling insulation,



or willingness to obtain certification with company support
- Strong understanding of ceiling-space hazards, electrical safety precautions, safe work procedures and installation standards
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel throughout Melbourne
- Proven insulation and team management experience (Manager role)
- Hands-on ceiling insulation experience and proven record of reliable workmanship (Installer role)
- Referees who can verify insulation experience
