This role manages international customer orders from receipt to delivery, delivering excellent service while coordinating with customers, distributors, freight providers, manufacturing facilities and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Process sales orders, credits and warranty claims in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Coordinate export orders and shipments from order receipt through to delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping providers and export partners.
- Monitor open orders and backorders, maintaining accurate supply information for customers and stakeholders.
- Review freight costs, freight reconciliation and export-related charges.
- Build and maintain robust relationships and rapport with our long-term customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
About you
- Experience in customer service, sales support, order management and export administration.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel,
Word and Adobe PDF.
- Export, freight or logistics coordination experience.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Marine, boating or sailing industry experience (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Ronstan product range or similar technical products (desirable).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable).
