Role focus: The Power Platform Service Coordinator provides operational, governance, engagement and administrative coordination services for the Power Platform Team, supporting the effective adoption, governance and management of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 capabilities across the organisation. The role acts as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, business developers, vendors and the Power Platform Team, helping customers navigate platform governance requirements, engagement processes, environment management practices, solution onboarding, production deployment activities and ongoing operational responsibilities.

Working closely with platform specialists, solution owners, business representatives and governance stakeholders, the role ensures established governance, security, compliance and operational processes are followed, and that required approvals, documentation, audits, reporting and support arrangements are maintained.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary coordination point between the Power Platform Team, business stakeholders, business developers and vendors.
- Assist stakeholders to navigate Power Platform governance requirements, engagement processes, setting management standards and support pathways.
- Coordinate solution onboarding, governance reviews, production readiness assessments and platform deployment activities.
- Ensure required governance documentation, support arrangements, approvals and Solution Catalogue records are completed and maintained.




- Coordinate and monitor Power Platform deployment readiness processes and internal deployment checklists.
- Monitor compliance with platform governance standards, environment management requirements, support obligations and operational procedures.
- Coordinate audit activities, governance reviews, compliance assessments and remediation actions.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on environment governance activities, platform compliance outcomes, risks and operational metrics.
- Maintain visibility of active and proposed solutions, governance activities, audit actions, risks, dependencies and operational priorities.
- Coordinate governance forums, operational reviews, stakeholder meetings and reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics and reporting relating to platform adoption, governance compliance, environment management, audit outcomes and service performance.
- Coordinate vendor engagement activities and assist vendors in meeting platform governance, security and operational requirements.

Experience:

- Stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Governance, compliance, audit or operational administration experience.
- Reporting and dashboard development experience, including Power BI.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and competing priorities.
- Strong written communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in a business, technology, service delivery or operational environment.
- ICT governance and compliance experience.
- Vendor engagement experience.
- Experience supporting technology platforms or operational services
