Level 2 IT Support Technician (8-Week Contract) | Immediate Start
About the Opportunity
Hays Technology is partnering with a well-established organisation based in Malaga to recruit an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician for an initial 8-week contract to provide leave coverage.
This is a hands-on support role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with users, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll be supporting a diverse user base across a broad range of technologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 desktop and end-user support both on-site and remotely
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through the IT service management process
Perform user administration, asset management, and software deployment
Configure and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Collaborate with internal support teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions
Assist with project initiatives and technology rollouts
Support disaster recovery activities when required
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Level 2 IT Support or Desktop Support role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
Experience with Intune, endpoint management, and device administration
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should be available to start within a week's time.
