You'll be one of the faces of Rich Glen.One moment you might be guiding a customer through their first olive oil tasting, the next recommending skincare, putting together the perfect gift or sharing the story behind the products we grow and create right here in Bright.It's about making every person who walks through our doors feel genuinely welcome, inspired and connected to Rich Glen — while being part of a close-knit team that takes pride in creating something special.What You'll Be DoingCreating warm, genuine and memorable experiences for every customerSharing the Rich Glen story and bringing our farm, products and philosophy to lifeLearning our product range so you can confidently recommend products to suit each customerHosting and maintaining product tastingsCreating thoughtful gifts and hampers with care and attention to detailKeeping our retail spaces beautifully presented, stocked and ready to welcome customersProcessing sales and assisting with day-to-day retail operationsWorking alongside a supportive team, particularly during busy trading periodsWhat You'll BringYou're naturally warm, engaging and curious.
