Medical Radiology Receptionist (Derrimut/DeerPark/Braybrook/Sunshine)
Join the agile team at proRAD as a full-time Medical Receptionist (Radiology) based in Melbourne's West.
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing all front-of-house duties and ensuring a positive patient experience.
With a focus on excellent customer service, this position is integral to the smooth operation of the radiology clinic.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
Booking appointments and managing patient schedules
Handling patient inquiries and providing information about services and procedures
Preparing and maintaining patient files and medical records
Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are well-presented and organised
Providing general support to the radiology team as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or medical receptionist role




Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy clinic environment
Proficient in using medical software and standard office technology
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (desirable)
