Trentham Aged Care, part of Central Highlands Rural Health, is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator on a fixed term, part time basis to design and deliver engaging resident programs.You will work under the Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate lifestyle activities and support a small team, across a 7-day roster, ensuring activities support physical, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing of residents.Bring your passion for caring and a willingness to make a real difference in residents' lives.
