We've been making fresh cold-pressed juice in Perth for 12 years. It's poured in restaurants, cafes, bars across the Perth and the state. Thousands of people drink it every week. Doing it well is a mix of precision and judgement: knowing your produce, reading each batch, and caring enough to get it right every time.

We're looking for someone to become the second in charge of our production & fulfilment team. It's a hands-on role working directly alongside our Production Manager, and most of your week is spent pressing juice, bottling and overseeing customer orders & delivery logistics. Over your first 2 to 4 months, you'll learn the full process until you're capable of running a production day and a bottling afternoon yourself.

What you'll be doing:

- Pressing juice and bottling, day to day
- Batch testing to make sure every batch is spot on
- Learning the nuances: how produce varies, what affects yield and flavour, and how to adjust for it
- Troubleshooting when something's off, whether it's a machine, a batch or a schedule
- Leading a small team on the days you're running things
- Packing orders
- Warehouse work/ organising
- Planning production, delivery logistics and other admin
- Handling customer enquiries, troubleshooting and ordering from suppliers

It's physical. You'll be on your feet all shift and lifting plenty. Starts can be as early as 5:30am, and a couple of days a week are long ones, up to 12 hours. There will also be some desk work between production and end of day. What you get for it:





- Monday to Friday, every week. A full week of hours
- No weekends. Unless you want additional work

- Forklift licence paid for if you don't already have one. We'll send you on the course.
- Pay that grows with you. Your rate goes up once you're signed off as capable of running a day, and you're paid extra on the days you do

You'll suit this if you:

- Are available Monday to Friday with no regular weekday commitments
- Have done physical work before (kitchen, warehouse, farm, labouring, production)
- Have been trusted with a bit more before, like running a shift or training new starters
- Have a positive eye for detail and care about the quality of what you make
- Have a forklift licence, or are happy to get one (we'll cover it)
- Turn up on time, every time, and don't need to be chased
- Take food safety and cleaning seriously
- Want to sink your teeth into something physical with more responsibility

Pay: $33.00 – $36.50 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
